// Principal

Cale brings experience across political campaigns, advocacy, Congress, and leadership in the Kansas Legislature. He began his career in 2018 on Attorney General Derek Schmidt’s successful reelection campaign before joining the legislative affairs team at the Kansas Contractors Association. There, he helped advance legislation modernizing tolling laws, requiring electric vehicle owners to contribute to the state highway fund, and establishing the 10-year Eisenhower Legacy Transportation Program.

In December 2020, Cale moved to Washington, D.C., to work for Congressman Tracey Mann as a legislative assistant, advising the congressman on healthcare, financial services, tax, and budget policy while drafting legislation and official correspondence.

Cale returned to Kansas in 2023 to serve as legislative director for the Speaker of the Kansas House. He helped develop the House’s legislative agenda and advance priorities including comprehensive tax relief and key provisions of the state’s $25 billion budget. He later served as chief of staff to House Majority Leader Chris Croft, managing the House floor schedule, coordinating with committee chairs, and developing caucus messaging.

Cale joined Beam Consulting Group as a partner in December 2024. A Topeka native, he graduated magna cum laude from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in economics and finance. He is active with several Topeka nonprofit organizations and serves on the board of the 20/30 Club of Topeka. Cale’s greatest source of pride is his family and his role as a husband and father.

Clarity and trust are the foundation of every strong decision. Our role is to offer guidance that feels honest and genuinely supportive, no matter the complexity.
